DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
We only deliver in France. Delivery abroad is however possible under price conditions.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight or amount of the order. Delivery costs are FREE for all orders over 30 euros.
For other countries the costs vary depending on the destination.
WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
They are delivered between 2 and 5 working days as standard delivery.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. You can then check the progress of the delivery on our website in the "Track my package" tab using the tracked mail number.
HOW TO ORDER ?
Simply choose your items and click on the "ADD TO CART" or "BUY NOW" button, start over for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment is made. We will prepare this and send you an order confirmation email.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept bank cards.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?
Absolutely, our store is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We used Stripe's secure payment systems.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than a week, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.
I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, it's totally normal. To keep your wait as low as possible, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?
Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.
Send us a withdrawal request by email and return your items to the address indicated.
The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your expense. Upon receipt, your order will be fully refunded.

IN WHICH CASES CAN I NOT BE REFUNDED?
- If the product has been used and therefore cannot be resold as is.
- If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
